Long Creek is a small tributary to the Catawba River that separates the Long Creek Pump Station from the new Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility site. These two facilities will be connected by two wastewater pipelines under Long Creek. On Wednesday, March 8th, the first wastewater pipeline pullback was completed! This pipeline will carry partially treated effluent from the future Stowe Headworks and Influent Pump Station to the new Stowe Facility.
