We teamed up with the Catawba Riverkeeper for a spirited game of trivia in The River Room in McAdenville! Individuals and teams showed off their nature knowledge about the environment, water and the Catawba River Basin!
Charlotte Water Engineering Division Manager Nicole Bartlett shared information about the Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility. Our future Stowe Facility will allow us to better process and purify wastewater through advanced technology. That means treated water recycled back into the Catawba River and linked waterways will meet heightened water quality and nutrient removal standards.
